Change your copyright cause it's 2010

As a website engineer I always look at the footer for Copyright and Credits.  Having your copyright year one, two, or three years old shows lack of support.

To change your copyright go to module manager and look for a module labeled copyright or footer or something of that nature.  Click to edit and scroll down to change the text.  Call  us if you get stuck.
