There are 25-30 wines by the glass and 60+ by the bottle and we rotate our selection frequently so you can always try something new at Thirst. We also feature a select collection from California and when we have our 'tasting battles' we bring in some foreign wines. We sell our wines by the taste, glass, flight and bottle + have bottles to go at very reasonable prices. Food: Our food menu is wine-friendly consisting of "Pacific NW Tapas": upscale appetizers, artisinal cheeses and charcuterie, antipasto, our famous homemade Dungeness crab dip, decadent cheese fondue, and homemade soups. At our Downtown Portland location we have nightly starter and entree specials and from Thursday - Sunday a prix fixe tasting menu pairing delicious foods and wines. Thirst's focus is on high quality ingredients and we are dedicated to using local, natural and organic products while supporting local businesses. At RiverPlace our bar is built from reclaimed 12-foot French oak vats from a domestic winery. At our Lake Oswego location we used "Lyptus" wood for our bar, a renewable source, and recycled thousands of corks and wine labels within our decor. We hope by being conscientious about our environment, it will make a difference and bring us all back to simpler times. Whatever you thirst for, we hope to quench it!
