The IC3 project was originally scoped for minor improvements to the website and design. After work began, we found the underlying structure to be corrupted. There were many bugs and issues with conflicting page builders.
Our approach had to change dramatically. We ended up rebuilding on a new framework and improve the design.
The project was completed within scope even after our discovery.
