Tony introduced the AI Employee Learning Summer Series, focusing on the 7 AI bots available in their platform. He explained the functions of each bot: Voice AI for handling calls, Conversational AI for text messaging, Reviews AI for managing customer reviews, Funnel AI for creating landing pages, Content AI for social media posts, Workflow AI for automating complex tasks, and Ask AI for general assistance. Tony emphasized that the AI system is trained on the business’s specific needs, improving its efficiency over time.

AI Voice Call System Demo

Tony demonstrated a live AI voice call system for Softwired, which answered calls with information about the digital marketing and sales platform. He noted some technical issues with the number of rings before the AI answered and promised to adjust this. During the call, Tony provided information about Softwired’s tools for lead capture and deal closure, and offered to have a team member contact the caller with more details about the AI employee feature.

AI Agent Bot Setup Training

Tony demonstrated how to set up and train an AI agent bot, explaining the process of configuring business details, language options, and voice settings. He described the importance of training the AI on an existing knowledge base, typically derived from a company’s website, and outlined how to customize the default prompt for more advanced users. Tony also covered the setup of call availability, the use of a dedicated phone number, and the system’s ability to log calls, provide transcripts, and receive user feedback.
